State and municipal facilities

We repair and install roofs for state and municipal institutions in Kaliningrad and the region: schools, kindergartens, hospitals, administrative and sports facilities. We work under Federal Laws 44-FZ and 223-FZ, prepare defect reports and estimates, take part in tenders and hand over completed sites with a full package of as-built documentation.

What we do

• Roof repair — routine and major repairs: fixing defects of the covering and joints, replacing damaged sections.
• Old roof replacement — stripping old layers, replacing load-bearing structures and installing a new covering without changing the building's geometry.
• Leak repair (urgent) — an urgent crew call-out, temporary sealing and patches to stop the leak quickly.
• New roof installation — torch-applied and membrane (PVC/TPO), standing seam and pitched roofs in profiled steel sheet.
• Roof insulation — thermal insulation, vapour barrier, waterproofing, tapered slope formation.
• Gutters — internal and external drainage systems: gutters, downpipes, funnels and their heating.
• Roof ventilation — aerators, ridge vents, deflectors, vent outlets.
• Roof and gutter heating — heating cable against ice and icicles.
• Snow guards and snow removal — safety for visitors and staff.
• Lightning protection — air terminals, down conductors, grounding.
• Roof railings — parapet and roof railings for safe maintenance according to regulations.
• Waterproofing — parapets, junctions, foundations.
• Audit and defect inspection — inspection, thermal imaging survey, defect report and estimate for budget justification.
• Servicing and maintenance — regular roof maintenance under an annual contract.

Working under public contracts

• participation in tenders under Federal Laws 44-FZ and 223-FZ, work on electronic trading platforms;
• estimates based on FER, TER and GESN — in accordance with state estimate standards;
• a full package of as-built documentation: acceptance certificates (AOSR), KS-2, KS-3, work logs, material certificates;
• compliance with design documentation and fire safety requirements (material certificates);
• strict deadlines, including summer windows for educational institutions.
